Port Harcourt, Nigeria – It’s apparently 50 days before the live-action remake of the Disney classic, The Lion King, premiere in cinemas all over the world, so be ready to grab your popcorn and soft drinks.
Staying true to the intrinsic classic story of an African Jungle, director Jon Favreau utilises pioneering filmmaking techniques to bring the iconic characters to the big screen in a whole new way.
The Lion King Movie will be starring the voices of Donald Glover as Simba, Beyoncé Knowles-Carter as Nala, James Earl Jones as Mufasa, Chiwetel Ejiofor as Scar, Seth Rogen as Pumbaa and Billy Eichner as Timon, and John Kani as Rafiki.
The Lion King is set to premiere worldwide on Friday, 19 July 2019.
