Rob Kardashian is at logger heads with Blac Chyna to get custody of their 3yrs old daughter by all means.
One of his recent attempt has been aborted as the motion he filed for their daughters custody has been denied by a judge.
Rob, the only son of the Kardashian family filed an emergency ex parte motion back in January, requesting he get primary custody of their daughter in light of allegations – that – she has been drinking and acting quiet inappropriately in front of Dream, their offspring.
His motion was denied by a judge and making due with findings that there were no emergency with the situation, according to documents obtained by The Blast.
However, Rob Kardashian will still be allowed to file for custody in the future but they will not be considered on an immediate basis, meaning the former couple’s dispute could continue on into the foreseeable future.
According to new court documents, Blac Chyna was shocked when she got to know about Rob’s request to take custody of their daughter based on the Aformentioned allegation.
As disclosed by the Legal Filings; Ms. Chyna ‘was shocked to learn that Defendant Rob Kardashian moved ex parte on January 3, 2020, for an emergency order to permanently change the Custody Order for Dream so that Chyna would only be permitted to see her daughter from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday with a “monitor” present, rather than the 5 days a week she now sees and cares for precious Dream.’
Chyna disclosed how she had been treated unfairly, faced heinous public humiliations since the January Ex Parte Motion leaked to the General public.
