Recently, a video of three young men bathing in a Cemetery went viral online. These young men were seen with red wrappers and bathing beside series of graves under the rain.
In the background, the voice of the person assumed to be recording the video, was heard saying repeatedly “fear guys, fear guys.”
The nature of the video, coupled with the angle of recording and the words of the recorder, lead many who saw the video to assume that these boys were wannabe Ritualists who were caught unaware on camera while indulging in Ritualistic activities to boost their fraud business. Some comments from media users were very much hilarious.
Seeing how they were trending online negatively, the boys were forced to come with a public statement to clear their reputations. They did another video were they denied being neither fraudsters nor Ritualists. In the new video, they pointed out the graveyard they used for the video and told viewers that they were only acting and making a skit.
Still the question lingers, why go tona cemetery for a comedy skit not minding the message it might send out to the general public negatively. Things like this happen on a daily basis from young men who are in search of money. They can do anything out of desperation. Some go on to use their fellow humans for money rituals, Some sell off their vital organs to make quick cash.
The desperation for money has been the order of the day and it verh appalling. This is why we need to be very careful about our movements, where we enter the kind of drinks we take from most places.
Series of assumptions have so far being made concerning the video and it is very much disturbing for some viewers. We all need to be careful.
